New Renovation

With this condo conversion project we created three residences; a two level townhouse, a one bedroom flat and a two bedroom flat. Finishes were modern and sleek, and the floorplans were re-imagined to be open and airy.

A two-story house at 17 Smith Place with green siding, white trim, a central front door with wooden steps, and a garden filled with various flowers and shrubs.

Have it all…Contemporary finishes, open floorplans & a quaint side street location abutting Warren Square. Features include chefs kitchens with eating islands, Bosch appliances & quartz counters, bay windowed master bedrooms and Italian tiled baths with Jacuzzi style tubs. Ready for a Dwell magazine photoshoot, modern touches include walnut stained floors, frosted glass doors & Elfa closet systems. Back decks and a fenced yard round it out.
