We consider ourselves different from a “general contractor” in that we only handle ground up and large rehab/historical home projects, and we only manage a select few projects each year.
If you are purchasing one of our spec homes, we build them as though we are going to be the ones living in them. We include the same level of care and attention to detail that we do for our custom home build clients.

Scott leads Cedar Hill with a background in real estate, development, and construction management. His expertise spans project acquisition, zoning, financing, and execution bringing a strategic, hands-on approach to every build.
He has extensive experience guiding residential development projects across Metro Boston and the North Shore, with a focus on thoughtful design, strong fundamentals, and long-term value.
Junior Reboucas
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Junior oversees day-to-day construction with a focus on quality, coordination, and precision. He works closely with trades and partners to ensure each project is executed efficiently and built to the highest standard.
With a detail-oriented approach and deep field experience, Junior helps bring each home to life with care and consistency.
