New Renovation

This project is another favorite. We converted a three family to a 2bd/2ba on the first floor & (2) 3bd/1ba with garage parking on the second and third floors.

A two-story house at 17 Smith Place with green siding, a front porch with white railings, bay windows, stairs, and a landscaped garden filled with shrubs and flowers.

Inspired by the pages of Metropolitan Home Magazine, these contemporary new renovation residences offers the discerning buyer the highest level of detail & finish. Features include true gourmet kitchen’s with Viking & Bosch appliances, glazed hardwood cabinets and granite islands, limestone baths with soaker tubs, walnut stained hardwood floors, master suite’s with walk-in closets, laundry, new doors & millwork with oiled bronze hardware, private outside space and parking.
